We have in excess of 100,000sq ft of modern brick insulated warehouse space with over 7,500 pallet spaces available, with planning permission and land availability for further purpose built facilities.

It is the only Customs & Excise approved general warehouse in Gloucestershire.

Storage

John Hackling Transport Limited are proud to be Members of the UK Warehousing Association.

We undertake storage & distribution for a wide range of customers and a diverse range of products. We are used to handling high volumes in terms of picked orders and assign specific staff to deal with your customer service and stock picking needs, to provide you with the highest standard of service possible.

Flexibilty - We receive goods palletised, or loose loaded on trailers or containers, we have a state of the art computerised stock control system which can store and rotate products by any customer requirement, ie: best before date, rotation no, issue no or any specified criteria. We are also experienced in handling products of varying size and width and can accommodate products in any format.

Our computer system can accommodate numeric or alpha stock codes and are able to use customers existing codes or we can devise a stock code system specific to customer needs.

Our stock control system will also produce reports on slow moving or non moving stock, and is capable of giving a date in and last date moved. These can be produced at "the touch of a button" to the customers requirement.

We work very closely with our customers suppliers and their customers. We have goods inwards procedures that will accurately record products received and will supply documentation informing customers what has been received.

Our stringent quality control procedures include the inspection of goods and the vehicles the goods are delivered on.

You can place an order online or by email, as well as the 'standard' ways of doing business!

Goods can be sent out in full pallets or we can pick from stock to provide an ad-hoc stock supply service to meet your requirements.

Security - Our premises are protected by 24hr CCTV monitoring and recording providing a safe and secure storage facility for high value products .
